see the centerpieces on the tables?? the hall will let me use them for free if I want. they are fake and obviously people cant take them home. My FH dosent like the idea.. but it will save
2,000. I need your honest opinions

Save the money, give EVERYONE a nice favor only a few people get to take the centerpeice home and fewer still will keep it forever. I say save whereever you can!

Hey, in the end, flowers die anyway!!!

That's money you can use for your HM or new furniture!!! If you like the way they look in person, then GO FOR IT!!!

I'm sure LOTS of brides who have already gotten married can tell you that they wish they had saved some money on things like that!

I think it really depends on the quality of the flowers. If they use them a lot they might get yucky. IMO - go with the real flowers (went to a wedding that used fake flowers and everybody kept touching them and going 'OH they're fake'

thank u everyone for your opinons and thoughts.. I am still so stuck!!!
In one way the flowers are nice but so much$$
and using their cp / or possible just candles would save $.. fh hates the idea BUT people dont usually go 'oh that wedding sucked the flowers were fake and we couldnt keep them' the music and food really make the party.. I dont want people sitting down staring at my cp's all night!!!
all of our close family members has a different opinon... and fh is no help.

save your money. i never really paid much attention to the flowers until i started planning my own wedding. i went to a wedding at the sandcastle once and i remember it being pretty dark in there. probably no one will even notice that they're fake

I say use the centerpieces that they provide, again as long as they don't look reused and raggedy.

I say use the CP that they have. If the money is something you can save a put towards a house or furniture go for it. If money isn't an issue then get real flowers.
