Fiance loved the centerpieces at a wedding we recently went to. it was a simple vase - tall cylander with about 10 calla lilies (white) standing straight up, about 3 feet tall.
Very elegant look. Problem is I want red flowers. Anyone know if there are red calla lilies?
Or an similar tall sturdy flower in red.

I did a serch for red calla lillies and found this. So, I guess they exist.
Yes, callas come in red. I'm using burgundy ones with black magic roses for my bo-k.

I would think you can have the florist dye them, I know Ive seen all sorts of colored cala lillies...deep reds, etc.

I just searched on the unofficial Knot bio - here is the link Unofficial Knot Bio Go to 'Calla Lilly Bio' under flowers are there are a ton of red bo-ks. Here are some pics (if they arent too big to post here):
Callas come in a variety of sizes, and while I know there are lots of colors for the medium-sized flowers (like in the pics above), I'm not sure if the large callas are grown in any color but white. Again - I'm not at all sure, but if you're asking a florist, be sure to mention that you're talking about the full-size callas (I'm assuming, since the centerpieces you were talking about were 3 ft. tall).
