Since the quote for a florist quote was waaay out of budget for us...I would like to toy around with other ideas..preferably DIY. I do looove the tall glass look... can you girls help me out and post some pics of OTHER ideas rather then going to a florist? Seeing it is soo much better then thinking of it. Specially with everyones differnt view points!
I will be having oval tables... and I did see this one pic I loved from someone on here... Two small vases with a line of candles in the middle... But, I want to incororate mirrors and flowers and something TALL...
awww...daizies..your super sweet! got anymore?? LOL The more the better haha PS...don't know if this matters to anyone..but my colors are pastels...mainly blue purple and a hint of pink...

Nope not at all!!! You can go to AC Moore when they have sales and also use their 50% off coupons, you can use duplicates. I got my big pillar candles for $1 and vases for sooooo cheap. I also went to the Dollar Tree and got a bunch of stuff. I spent less then $100 for ALL my glassware and candles for my CP and my florist was totally with in my budget and is setting everything up for us. Trust me you can do soo much. Sorry I rambled If you need any help or ideas let me know I have a bunch!!!

Heres a pic from a wedding I just went to on Saturday, hope it helps
you could def go to michael's and get cheap glass candle hurricanes and just get candles to go inside with some rose pedals around them ... i love that look. i also love this set of three candle holders (3 for $20) and they are just so pretty ... i love them! and thinknig about using them but im getting married during the day! o yea these are from Bed Bath and Beyond

Those are REALY only 20 each at BB&B??!?!?! OMG! I LIVE in that store and never saw them! OY to me! LOL That's def. a nice idea... I can use them...and ones simular for each table. ... And have tons of flowers all over the place...
I don't want open flame since there will be alot of kids there... open flame and kids...NOT a good mix! haha Just a little shake and it can catch the flower on fire! OY! lol
Gee..I really say OY alot and yet I NEVER say it in real life! HAHA at ME!EEE!

yea i am putting them on my registry because i want them for my house!!! i mean 3 for $20 i would totally do them as centerpieces ... i mean its not like open open flame becaues they should be high enough where the children should not be able to touch them but i understand!
