If you do a search you will find MANY ideas on various threads... but here is a pic of my room, you can see the centerpieces...3 dozen pink roses- in a cylinder/glass with 'stained Pink' water and crystals on the outside of the vase, votives around it
try going on here or the knot and clicking on the sites for different florists (if you want flower centerpieces) and looking at their pictures- you can get some great ideas that way! :)
