Centerpieces..

after looking at dozens and dozens of pictures...I was so confused and kept changing my mind...but after looking at so many pictures theres always something that sticks with you, and that is a good sign. Then when i went to the florist i wasn't 100% sure but they had a CP of what i had been considering and was like OK i love it thats it.

It'll come to you, just look at sites, look at girls albums, look at brides reviews, something will stick out for you

First make easy decisions, ie: tall centerpieces or short..then decide on your colors. I would say once you definitely have the brides maids dresses picked.. take it from there.

The FH and I stopped by Flower Barn last weekend, spoke with Mike. He showed us tons and tons of ideas and we just spoke about prices and what we liked. But I dont plan on doing any more with flowers til after the BM dresses are picked, just incase the colors I want, dont look good on them or they all love something else....

You never know.

Check out photographers sites and portfolios. You can find a lot a good ideas for bridal boks and bm boks and bouts.

I saved a lot of pictures. I've narrowed it down to get some ideas. Basically once the dresses are picked out I'll brings pics/ and swatches of the dresses along with my floral ideas and let the florist due their magic!

we had no clue what we wanted for centerpieces.. we just knew what colors we wanted and that we wanted low centerpieces.. then we saw four different florists and each gave us their ideas of what would work...

we're going to see samples this weekend from one florist so i'll post pics afterwards!!

for certain florists, they'll mock up a sample right in front of you so sometimes it works in your favor if you go in not knowing what you want because you get to design it while the flowers are there in front of you!!

Beautiful Centerpiece Thread

i am doing low round CPs all roses with three pillar candles. the roses will be pink and white! and VERY round and very tight - i will try to find a pic!

we originally were going to go with low cp's just for the cost reason but then we decided on a stand that gave the appearance of a high cp without the price.

This first pic is the cp that we are going with and the second pic is the flowers I want in it.

They are basically the same flowers but I like the softer overall look of the 2nd one in the first cp's stand.
