Ok ladies, so I was hoping you would share your thoughts on centerpieces.
The tables at my RH are rectangle (or oval) and I have a problem with placing a tall round arrangement on the table. Am I being silly? I was thinking a long rectangle glass short vase would work surrounded by candles, thoughts?

I think that would look lovely. My cousin had wreaths with candles on the tables at her wedding. That could work for you as well.

I think that idea would work really nice. Or if you wanted something tall.. you could put smaller vases on the side with your candles. You could also put a runner going across the table and your CPs on top like in the photo below. You could also do something like the 2nd picture.. get a few smaller vases and line them up side by side like it shows or you can spread them out a little to cover more length of the table. (2nd pic is in another post.. wouldn't show in this post for some reason).
