Centerpieces...'stolen' from LATOYA

Centerpieces...'stolen' from LATOYA

I saw this picture on the Vendors Helping Brides page, posted by LATOYA...

And I have fallen in love, and FH really likes it too! Anyone have any idea how much something like that would cost?! Or if I could even do it myself?!
My budget is small for centerpieces, because I can't have a room full of flowers due to my allergies - but these centerpieces I don't think would be too bad. (originally my plan was candelabras)
Any help is appreciated. TIA!!

those are lovely!

there is a website, i think saveoncrafts.com that has lots of vases like that, in those shapes and sizes. you can probably diy it but it might be worth pricing out with a vendor to see if it would be worth your time/stress!

That site looks great!!! And certainly seems it would be within my budget... Do you think fake flowers would be obviously fake in vases like that?

Crashing!!!

I read that its better to put real flowers because the vase magnifies the flower. So it might be easier to tell that they are fake.

These are the kind of CP's I am getting. Price range from 85 to 125 depending where you go. The height doesn't change the price. Some places only rent the vases to you and others let you keep it.

In my CP there is going to be crystals in the vase with a light shining through. Definitely look around for the best price on these.

Ok great, thanks. Silly question, but in your vases, is it JUST crystals and lights? or flowers too?

I am doing the same centerpieces but through a florist. They are a little bit costly due to the glass.

This was my inspiration picture!! I LOVE it!!!! I only met with one florist - Flowers By Brian - and the quote they gave me was but they made me a cheaper version by using less vases, different flowers and getting rid of the mirror underneath. Here's my sample

Super easy to DIY. Save $$ on vases by ordering from somewhere you can pick them up. Delivery makes the price skyrocket.

ETA: This might help: DIY Submerged Centerpieces

Re: Centerpieces...'stolen' from Tanya

i am doing submerged (colored) flowers in 3 different sized glass containers with floating candles--- i found that it was super expensive to try and buy the vases, so i am renting them from the florist- i will look at my info from my florist and see what the charge was- i am using Lovin Oven floral designs in sayville and they are fabulous and very affordable

ETA: this is my quote-------
16 centerpieces (renting the large cylinder vases- 3 per table) with flowers and floating candles- $1,040 (65 each)

I am doing different types of flowers in pink, yellow, green, orange, and purple... each table with have a different combo of colors and flower types

Ok you butchered my name but its ok lol. Like I mentioned before I think our best bet might be diy. I'm gonna look at some craft stores for the vases and take it from there.

My florist is doing them for 65 a piece. They will be alternating tables with high flower centerpieces.
FM if you want their info.
