Ceremony

Hey ladies, just wondering if any of you feel a little nervous about the possibility of chuckling a bit during the ceremony? LOL!

My Godfather is getting ordained to marry us which we are super happy about. However, he is a joker and is silly at times. Feel like the family will giggle at the sight of him with his glasses on being serious. One little giggle and I feel we will all start cracking up a bit.

Is a little laughter a bad thing if it happens?

I definitely want my ceremony to have some fun in it. I want to do a laugh cry! That should be a new emote-icon.

Re: Ceremony

I like seeing bride and grooms smiling and laughing and having fun.

My good friend from high school got married and my mom said she looked so scared and she told me if I looked like that, she would stop the ceremony, it looked like she was getting forced to do something she didn't want to do.....

SO I think when people laugh and show they are having fun it shows that they are excited and happy about what they are doing and what is to become of their life.

I think there should be smiles, laughter and tears of joy at your ceremony. Its going to be one of the happiest days of your life and it should show it. Plus moments like these make the day more memorable!

LMAO, I am the same way. I have such nervous laughter and I can also cry easily.

You guys are all right, a little laughter is no big deal. I would never want the ceremony to be too serious, I am just nervous about getting into a fit of hysterics either with laughter or tears and not being able to stop. LOL!

Thank you ladies so much!

There better be smiling and laughing at my ceremony! It's supposed to be a happy occasion! I think people would be shocked if my FH and I weren't joking around and laughing. We're having my FBIL as our officiant, and his sense of humor is one of the reasons we wanted him!
