Crashing because I need your help! Hey ladies how long is the gap between your ceremony and CH? Right now my ceremony is at 1:30 and my CH is at 6. The RH is 20-30 minutes away from the church. We are not having a full mass. Is this too big of a gap?

If ur not having a Full mass, I thnk its a BIG gap if u have MANY OOT guest.... I woudlnt mind if i live close but if i am an ott perhaps yes...
I heard you need around 2hrs for pics...

ceremony is at 3 (not a full mass) cocktail hour is at 7
and a 20-25 minute drive. I dont know what people are going to do during that gap. I dont expect a lot of people at the church

About a 45 minute drive.
I don't think your gap is too big. It will give OOT guests a chance to check into the hotel and local guests can go home to freshen up. Plus it gives you lots of time to take pictures!!

About a 20 min drive. It's a Friday wedding so I don't want to make the cocktail hour earlier for the people that will be coming after work.

We are having a full Mass at 3pm and the CH starts at 7:30pm. I wanted to take pics before CH began!

I HAVE A PRETTY BIG GAP EVEN BIGGER THEN YOURS MY CHURCH IS @ 1PM AND THE RECEPTION STARTS @7 I FIGURE WE WILL HAVE LOTS OF TIME FOR PICS

That is a big gap
Ours is at 11 (not full mass) and CH is at 1
My friend had a long gap, and advised everyone to go to a local wine bar where she had set up specials for the day

we opted for an evening ceremony to eliminate the gap. the ceremony is at 6 and the cocktail hour starts at 8. we're having a full mass and our church is like 10 minutes from the hall
