how much are you paying to have the ceremony at your hall? and how much for the officiant?

We paid $395 and flowers were included but of course I added more flowers. Did not have to pay our Pastor.

My hall is charging $795 to have the reception there and the officiant is $500.

Same here. The site fee includes flowers etc. It was worth it all...Simply...Beautiful!

Atlantica is charging $750 for the ceremony and I do not have an officiant yet. I never realized how expensive they were!! So now for a 30 min ceremony, officiant and flowers it is probably going to cost well over $1000. Not what I had budgeted!

We paid $500 for the hall, but that included flowers, setup, all that sort of thing. We were married by two family friends who were a Rabbi and Cantor, so neither of them charged us for anything. We just had to pay for the Rabbi's flight up from Baltimore.

we paid $500 at flowerfield ETA: We had an hour as well, we had a half hour hospitality where my students were served lemonade and cookies, and my guests were served champagne and fruit kabobs.
Wait, you paid $500 at Flowerfield? They're charging me $1500 at Flowerfield! That's insane!

$400.00 for 1/2 hour ceremony at The Bourne Mansion, which includes a runner and champagne with strawberries afterwards. I have my florist decorating one of the rooms in the mansion for the ceremony since flowers were not part of the deal.
I'm paying $500.00 for an officiant, which I found to be pretty average after getting price quotes from several popular officiants.
I love this post because I was always wondering if what I was paying was the norm!

The hall is charging us $300 and the officiant is charging $400.

We are paying $500 for the chapel fee as it's called and $1000 for the 2 officiants

I havn't booked the officiant yet, but they're charging us $500 to have the ceremony on site. That includes all chairs, setup etc..
