FH is Jewish and I am Catholic, so we are having a priest and a rabbi, and the ceremony is at the CW post interfaith center. The priest and rabbi usually don't do rehearsals, so they are resisting my request for the rehearsal. I feel like we need a rehearsal becuase I think there might be chaos right before the ceremony if no one knows what to do or where to go.
Can I just get a ceremony coordinator to do the rehearsal? Is there such a thing? Have any of you experienced this problem before? Any recommendations would be appreciated. TIA!

Re: Ceremony Coordinator?
It doesn't hurt to ask a wedding coordinator if she/he will just help with the ceremony.

Do they have coordinators that just help with the ceremony?

Re: Ceremony Coordinator?
Is there a coordinator at the CW Post center ? Someone affiliated with the center has to be in charge of ceremonies. If so, they will be the one that guides everyone thru the procession.
We had our 'rehersal' 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, with the officiant doing a quick run-down of how things would proceed. The maitre'd and staff coordinated the timing for the ceremony.

Re: Ceremony Coordinator?
There is no coordinator at CW Post. I just called them, and the lady said 'we don't have anyone to do that, and you are the first person to ask...' Are you kidding? How can I possibly be the first person to ask? I just don't know what to do. Maybe I am freaking out for no reason.
