Our band could provide a keyboard or a flute for relavtively little money. But we were thinking of possibly getting a string quartet....
So, I was wondering for those of you who had one - how much did it cost? FM me if you'd like.
Thanks!!

Re: Ceremony Music
I didn't deal w. the band- my Mother did... but I'm sure it wasn't a lot of extra $
I basically had a 12 piece band- and I used members for the ceremony and the cocktail hour.

Re: Ceremony Music
Hi..we are using sterling music ensembles...they are AWESOME>.believe me Ive heard every demo tape out there and compared prices..They are UNBELIEVable...I did find cheaper, but they sent me a hand written contract with every song spelled worng, it scared me....Sterling Musics demo blew everyone away in my opinion, we are having a flute trio, which is a flute, a violin and a cello...its going to be beautiful!! Ill let ya know how it goes...

Re: Ceremony Music
Try www.gigmasters.com - you get bids from various musicians.
I'm using a jazz trio - National Boulevard (www.nationalboulevard.com). I got them for $300, ceremony and cocktail hour, but they're a bit more now. Flute, guitar and bass. They play classical, reggae, which I needed, and a bit of klezmer, which I also needed. I'm so excited!
