ceremony music help

Hi,Girls
Need some help. My fi wants a harp, cello and flute for my ceremony. The prices that I was quoted was $1,500-2,000 for one hour. Is this a normal price? fi wants it no matter what the price but I think it is a little high for a hour. Please let me know if this is crazy price, and what you are doing for your ceremony music
Thanks

That sounds like a lot to me. I had just a harp and I think it was around $450. Hope that helps.

My quote for the hour was $1,500 with Janet King...but she's really great. I cut other expenses so I can have her and the flute/cello combination!

A string quartet is costing me $850.

try www.gigmasters.com. I think it's the harp that's throwing you off.

Just a harp was quoted at $500 for ceremony, $700 for CH and ceremony - that's probably the bulk of the cost. I would say that it's actually fairly reasonable. Sorry

I agree try this site! I got some great quotes! But I don't think you will find cheaper if you include the harp. if you want a string trio you can get it less than $500.

I had a string trio for my wedding. They played the ceremony and cocktail hour and I paid about $850 I think. Your price seems a little high.

I'm having a string trio, and they are about 750.
