Ceremony Music in Church?

Now I'm obsessing over our ceremony music, lol. It seems I find something each month to consume my mind haha. We are getting married in my fiance's Greek church (I am Catholic) and I'm having a really hard time choosing our ceremony music. I don't want the common songs like Bridal March or Canon in D. But, I know I'll have to choose songs that can be played on an organ and I don't know how flexible the Greek church will be with my music selection. So, I am trying to find music that is meaningful to me but that won't get me kicked out of the wedding, lol.

I found Mozart K#594 for the recessional, which is traditional but not standard. But, I'm stumped for the BP and my walk down the aisle.

Any suggestions? What are you all doing?

Ceremony Music in Church?

I am using Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring. I sang at a wedding once that used it and ever since then I have loved it. It was played on the organ too.

I am having my friend sing Mozart's Laudate Dominum to start the ceremony before the processional starts. It is beautiful!
