Ceremony needs - what am I missing?

I have:

- Unity candle
- tapers (church providing)
- unity candle holder (church providing)
- Memory Candle for Mom (on order)
- Programs (sister making)
- tossing rice (church won't let me use anything else except bubbles)
- runner (limo providing)
- pew bows (florist providing)

Am I missing anything?

Tips for altar boys and musicians?

marriage license
music selections made
reading selections made
baptismal & pre-cana certificates/other church requirements?
