Who is usually invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Also for Catholic brides... how many readers will you have at your ceremony? How many people to bring up the gifts?

we're inviting the BP and their significant others.
both sets of parents
my sister, her husband and their kids (all kids in wedding party)
FH's sister and brother and their significant others
any readers who aren't immediate family but i don't think we'll have any
FH's grandma

any oot guests but from the looks of it we won't be having any of those either lol

I think I have decided I will be inviting immediate family and bp with guest (but only those who are married or seriously dating). We have a huge BP and I feel bad asking my FIL's to pay for so many people
