Ceremony Time
I am getting married at my RH in November. I was able to book the RH for the full day so that I do not have to work around any other weddings. I can not decide on a good time to start the ceremony. The wedding is on a Sunday. When is everyone starting their ceremony if they are having it at the RH?

We have our RH for the full day as well. We wanted a Saturday night so we chose to start the ceremony at 6:30, cocktails 7:00-8:00, reception 8:00-1:00 (paid for extra hour).

I am also getting married on sunday at the venue. Time of ceremony is 5:30 but my invitation says 5. Our guest will be greeted with champagne light bev and some cheese and crackers for the half hour till everyone arrives. 6 coctail and 7-11pm dinner. With the change of the clocks we will be getting married a lil before sunset.

I'm getting married at the RH on a Sunday also. Guests arrive at 3, ceremony at 3:30, cocktail hour from 4-5, and the reception from 5-9. It was the best option for me because this way we don't have to wake up ridiculously early (I am NOT a morning person), but the party will still be in the evening. I felt like 9 gives people enough time to get home without feeling it too badly on Monday when they go back to work. My close friends will probably still take off the next day, and come to the hotel bar for an after party.

my friend had hers at 11 or 12 and it was too early ! we were all up at 5AM (BMs)! the good part was that I was home at a decent time for work the next day. and i heard the after party was fun :)

I don't think I would do it that early! 5am is crazy! I am not a morning person and if I were to be up that early I would most likely turn into a bridezilla
I am thinking about maybe starting the Ceremony at 3:45ish, being it is November the sun will set around 4:30-4:40 which will hopefully give us enough time for sunset pictures, and then our cocktail would be from 4:30-6 (we get 1.5 hours) and then reception 6-10. Decisions decisions, lol.

Re: Ceremony Time
My wedding is on a Sat. but getting married at the RH.Ceremony starts at 6pm. If the venue were closer, I would have opted for an earlier start but there are far too many people that I KNOW would NOT be able to make it for a 11:00 am ceremony.

Mine is a Saturday night, Invite is 7:30 with the at Ceremony 8pm.If you start your ceremony by 2pm I think that's good because your guest who have work the next day still get home at a good time.
