do all houses in deer park have cesspools? also is there a website for which towns have cesspools instead of sewer?

I could be wrong .. but I thought all of Suffolk County was cesspools.

Alll the homes I looked at in Deer Park had cesspools, Im not sure if its the whole town though.
West Bay Shore and West Islip in Suffolk County have sewers. The sewer bill goes to 'Suffolk County Sewer District' - maybe they have a website.

Just curious .. what's considered West Bay Shore??? People I know from an area of Bay Shore have cesspools .. they're close to Deer Park.

West Bay Shore is in-between West Islip and Brightwaters.

South of Sunrise Highway .. South of Montauk Highway?? Bay Shore is actually a pretty big neighborhood .. I guess that's what's confusing me.

one real estate agent said something like south of southern state is sewers......aside from some houses that didnt convert

butterfly20 - the description your RE agent gave makes sense to me.
Kel - I agree, 'West Bay Shore' is a confusing division - its predominately south of Montauk Highway (and it seems to be mostly gated communities) - Im not even sure why it has its own name b/c it has the same zip code as B.S.
