Ask your vender if they have someone. My place goes through a company and it was $4/chair. I had to go thru the vendor because it was a contact between them.

Do you know the name of the company they use? My hall uses a company, but they charge $7 a chair!!!

I used Paragon Designs - beautiful and non-expensive...Jamilla is a doll to work with. Her team came out set up my ballroom and came back at the end of the reception for removal. We did not do anything or have to worry about anything. She is very professional. We did white satin with the white organza bows and lilac flowers. They had to attach the bows and flowers individually on each chair. It made the ballroom stunning. My husband fought me tooth and nail on the chair covers!! LOL I think that was the last expense and he had definitely had it, but I had to have them. When he saw the ballroom completely set up he started to cry. He told me he finally saw my vision. Men!
