Chair Covers or Ballroom Chairs Poll

I'm torn between getting white chair covers for my wedding or getting the white Chiavari Ballroom chairs. What looks more elegant? What would you/did you choose? TIA

I just love the look of white, tie back chair covers, but I'm sure BOTH would be very beautifuL!

I personally love chair covers!! I think they look so elegant in the room with the lights and everything.

i'm the odd one here so far- i like the chivari

these are chivari chairs- they come in all different colors.

I like the Chivari chairs as well. I'm not a fan of chair covers - people tend to stand on them and they really only look nice for the first few minutes - and once people sit in them - they tend to look disheveled!

I went for chair covers too! But I had gold chairs at my RH and that just wasn't working for me. I loved the way the chair covers looked.

chiavari chairs hands down! if you look at any wedding magazine, you'll see that chiavari chairs are used at almost every high-end wedding.

I thought about those chairs: but with the $$$...I figure the ones the RH has are juuuust right!

It's all personal & I couldn't tell you what kind of chair I sat in for ANY of the weddings I've attended.

I love chair covers however, in the hall I was looking at (and is still a possibility), the room would have seemed slightly closed up with them. The chairs themselves gave it a more open feeling which I liked but I hated the chairs there. A friend suggested that maybe I just do the bows that sometimes go with the chair covers on their own and I loved that idea. If the chair covers will work in the room and you can afford the extra expense go for it!
