Okay...so I was in the liquor store earlier today and I came across this bottle. It is supposed to taste similar to champagne, but a little stronger. I can't remember the name...I think it's 'Nuvi'? It's a clear, tall, slender bottle, but the liquor is pink. And it says Paris under the name. So my question is...has anyone tried this stuff? Just curious about what it tastes like. I will have to go back tomorrow to get the exact name because when I do a google search nothing comes up.

Have u looked into Prosecco?! any brand is good!! its a sweeter champagne thats italian, and mine and FH's fav! i would highly recommend getting a bottle of Bellini!!!!!!!!!!!! its prosecco with peach shanpps and muddled peaches in it, a light orange color and tastes amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried it and I really disliked it. Normally I LOVE champagne but to me it tasted like a mix of champagne, vodka and cheap fruit punch.
I will agree with this... Its more of a soda like fruit punch with a kick. I mean it wasnt undrinkable dont get me wrong. Just sweet. Also I agree with whom ever said its best chilled... I kept mine in the fridge and served it over ice.

I should have specified, the Asti isn't pink...the brand I like is Martini and Rossi, like the vermouth. It's not very expnsive, maybe 20 bucks, probably less. It's a sweet champagne, but not sickeningly. When I need to buy champagne as a gift or for a party, that's the one I turn to, so only one I really can recommend.

Have you thought of a pink (rose) champagne for your MOH? There are many great kinds ranging from $12-$38 a bottle at most liquor stores. The ones I go to are Bottle Buy in Glen Head and Raeders in Albertson. I LOVE champagne, and have learned that rose champagnes are SO GOOD and get me really drunk
