Omg! is that too much to handle? I cannot think of a color scheme for the life of me! Sadly I do not even have a favorite color (I always say yellow when people ask, idk why, it's definitely not! lol) I thought i wanted a peacockish theme, but it is all over the place and by 2011 Im pretty sure i wil be over it. I also like the idea of different/wild color shoes.
Any suggestions? TIA

I think that sounds really pretty!! I had a roguh time with colors too, I just decided based on a page in The Knot...

I'm having an issue too with the color scheme for my wedding..... I want to do royal blue and yellow. When I tell people this they look at me as if I have 5 heads. I don't see the issue with these colors for a June wedding!!!! ***?!
If you want all those colors then go for it!!! People will def remember your wedding for that! I think you should do something that matches your personality. After all, this is YOUR wedding!!! :)

I think navy and yellow look great together! Very preppy! I don't think there is anything wrong with this for June! The yellow makes it summery!

Honestly, when you say royal blue and yellow, I'm thinking blue like the Mets and yellow like the Pirates. Both super bright and primary... a little loud
So I guess it depends on the shades of blue and yellow... Navy and a buttercup, ont he other hand would be lovely... or royal blue and a really PALE yellow would be beautiful... so there's some contrast in value and it's not overwhelming, maybe that's what you're thinking...
I think you're just getting that reaction because of the immediate image 'royal blue and yellow' evokes... but don't worry, you have a vision and it'll play out beautifully, don't worry about how other people are reacting.

Yea, I dont want to do an in your face yellow, just a pretty light yellow. I dont want two really bold colors. I think it would clash

my friend got married 7/09 and used blue and yellow - my pic is the color of the dress i wore as a BM - very cute colors rtogether!
I am having a hard time picking colors too! I like blue... but i dont want navy blue dresses with black tux's i dont think that'd match. then i was thinking royal blue (mets blue but a lil darker lol) but that might be too bright! AHH - I hate picking colors!
