FH & I had orginally booked a 10 day Mediterranean cruise about 2 weeks ago. We were talking it over and we both thought we were spending too much money. Just the cruise and airfare was almost $11,000. With the Euro being so high and factoring in excursions etc...it would have been out of control.
So we cancelled that and instead booked 5 nights in St. Lucia (Sandals Regency) and a 7 Night Caribbean cruise. Now this is more like I had always envisioned my honeymoon to be. The best part is our honeymoon is longer, we get to do a resort and a cruise......and it's CHEAPER!

you sound just like me!!! we were going to greece, but it got unbelievably expensive with the Euro...so we're going to hawaii instead

Yea...we didn't want to spend sooo much money. I knew we were spending too much money when we booked it. We just really thought about it after the fact.
