changed our minds

changed our minds

Sooo we are having the ceremony at church now. It's really important to both our families, and I have been going back and forth with this. We have a family friend that is a deacon and he said he will perform the ceremony.

When we go meet with the church, they will give us dates for pre cana right? Or do I have to set that up on my own?

They will give a list and a phone number and you can set it up! I registry online for our pre-cana

My church just signed us up automatically, then I received something in the mail about it - it starts on Sunday and was $50.

depends on whether your church itself offers pre-cana. mine does, so it's included in the $$.

If they church doesn't provide it, you'll have to set it up yourself. They have a website that lists all the dates, locations, and costs. It was easy to book!

ETA: Mine was also $195.

My church offers it but was far from where FH and I live... Eastern suffolk we are getting married in Glen Cove.
So the church in Glen Cove said we can take it anywhere near us. So we are taking it in Riverhead this March. It was also cheaper than my wedding church.

IF you want to save $ maybe that would be an option. I just called around local churches and found available dates and then asked the price
