i am going away in a month and i have my maiden name on my license. i have my marriage license in storage right now (duh, i know) and i dont think ill be able to get it.
i\the only thing i have right now with my new last name are my paychecks. is there ANY way for me to go to DMV and get my name changed???

you'll have to call them and ask what the qualifications are...
or maybe you can somehow obtain a copy of your marriage license?

You definitley need your marriage license to change it. You can get another copy from town hall if you can't get to the one in storage.
