Has anyone had experience yet where they requested there BM to be changed. I am getting really frustrated with my BM. There have been three separate occasions now where she was responsible to follow up with me on items that I have requested to changed and it seems that unless I call an follow up I will not get an answer. The first time I gave her a window of 3 months to get back to me it was until I finally called that I got the answer. I have been pretty patient so far but I feel I should not have to be burden with her lack of responsibility towards her job.

I think I know who youre talking about, I almost booked CB but the BM turned me off. Talk to a manager at the RH and see if you can switch to someone else....if your BM is who I think it is, she might be the daughter of one of the owners which kinda stinks that she isn't being professional, definitely call and see what they can do. You're paying alot of money and deserve great service....Good Luck

She is definately family. Of course they are nice before you book.

i had a similar problem. first time i went to my RH i sat with a family member of the Owner of my RH. she was nice but i just didnt get a anything from her. the second time i went to discuss prices she wasnt there and i sat with someone else who i immediately clicked with and was super cool. i asked to be switched to her. i was told that since i sat with the other BM first her name had to be on my contract but i could still deal with the new BM and thats exactly what i do. any question or concern i go to the New BM. let them handle who gets the commission. thats not my concern.
