You will probably lose your deposit. Check your contract before you make a decision.

Riviera for April/May is around $120-$125pp (that's including the tax/gratuity).

Why are you changing your mind on RH? Do you think you booked too soon w/o looking at toher RH's or was there something in the one you booked that turned you off later?

Hope you don't lose too much of a deposit!

I went through the same thing. I was ready to book WM the minute I saw it, the price I was quoted wasn't bad $93/pp for a Sat night.

However my mom told me 'just wait to see the rest of the RH's this week and then book WM next week.'

Turns out I went to Leonards the next day and the quoted me a great price. I ended up booking w/ them after I saw other halls like GW Manor and Sans Souci. So glad I waited!

Its worth losing a deposit if you really get a good deal at another RH.

not yet... that's pretty much the base price per person. You get a lot included.

Re: ... CHANGING RH's

I am going through this...basically i am in a situation where I am very unhappy about the customer service. I have been searching and researching to change it but I have come to the realization that this is the best place we can afford and all the other places we may have been able to switch to that I like are already booked for my date so I'm just going to have to stick with it. I know its gonna be beautiful but of course as a bride we tend to have a lot of doubts.

I would say definitely do all the research and if you find somewhere that you will definitely be happier with, go for it. Just make sure to think about every aspect of it before making a decision

Are you dealing w Antonio directly or that clueless receptionist at Leonards who doesn't sound like she knows anything? I agree that they don't seem to be too responsive but I try to call only if I need specific info and ask for Antonio..he's been great so far!

Re: ... CHANGING RH's

I actually was going to do the same thing but I couldn't because the RH's contract says if they don't re-book the date they will charge you 75% of the total. I was like for that I might as well stick with them because with less than a year they may not sell it for what I got it for and I would still have to pay it. Who knows they can even say they didn't sell it too. So double check your contract
