I agree speak with Antonio he is very nice and i've had no problems with him. I spoke to Ian as well and I haven't had any issues with him.

I actually was going to do the same thing but I couldn't because the RH's contract says if they don't re-book the date they will charge you 75% of the total. I was like for that I might as well stick with them because with less than a year they may not sell it for what I got it for and I would still have to pay it. Who knows they can even say they didn't sell it too. So double check your contract
I wanted to change at one point. My current hall is my second choice but we chose it due to it being local. The service has been great so far. If we did change, we would be responsible for up to 75% of the date booked and rather then go through drama and godforbid get sued we stayed with the hall. Just as well...Unless you ran into huge problems, I would stick where you are at. Too much of a headache to change.
