Changing the wedding......

Good Afternoon...

Just thought I would share with you girls. Me and FH are about 90% sure that we are going to change the wedding....TO PUERT RICO !!!

We have talked about it since we got engaged - but decided against it because his parents just stared at us after we mentioned it to them (meanwhile - my parents are all for it). We would still have a reception since we are flying 18 family members with us, and others have already said they would come. I really think it's better this way honestly...as much as I wanted the big wedding here - I am enjoying this planning so much more! It just seems easier and I know what I want - where as I still haven't made decisions for the other.

I will still be on here trying to help you girls out though...just wanted to share. Sorry it's so long...

Cool a destination wedding! That is nice! What will you do about all the vendors that you booked here?

Well we were rather slow with booking and when we started to discuss this last month, I told him we weren't booking anything until we made a final decision. We only have to worry about the RH and a videographer. My worry is the blocking of rooms at the hotel (at RH)....we had to leave a 50% deposit.

Very cool! Every time we make another payment at the hall, we're like, 'let's just run away some place and get married'! Congrats though!

puerto rico is an amazing place im sure everything will look amazing.. if u can try to take pictures at the 'old san juan' and at the 'moro' the site is unbelievable..

Thats good if that is what you want. U and your FH have to be happy and if that is what you guys want definitley go for it! Good Luck!
Where in PR would you be doing it? Would you still be a 07 bride?

Congratulations! It's such a great idea and it really is a lot easier to pull together (one of my BF's is getting married in the Caribbean). It's easier, cheaper and will be INCREDIBLE!!! Good for you
