Changing your NAME???

that will take care of social security, irs etc.

then changing your license you'll need some form from dmv but i don't remember which one it is, i have it at home. they may have included it with your marriage license, that's how i got it

first thing i did was contact credit cards and car insurance b/c that can all be done on the phone....then i went o SS office which was a quick process and then DMV, which was surprisingly enough quick too....and last i went to the bank and called my medical and dental ins....all relatively easy to do...good luck
