I emailed her almost a week ago, plus sent a follow-up email since then, but still no response. Maybe she's away? I worked with her for my wedding and she was super quick on her responses. I'm now trying to order a plaque for my sister's birthday, but thinking if I don't hear from her soon I might need to move on and contact a different vendor.
At this point, I know the plaque won't get to my sister in time for her birthday (that's probably my fault for waiting too long to contact her), but I was hoping to at least have a mock-up image to put in my sisters card to show her that the plaque is on the way.

I think during peak wedding season she gets crazy back ordered, so that's probably why you haven't heard from her in a timely manner.

I got mine in the mail yesterday. She responded to all my emails. She is usually really good about this, probably just swamped.

She's definitely swamped. I placed my order on Etsy and although she did respond and work with me to pick a plaque in a timely matter, she wont be able to mail it until about a month before my wedding. She did however ask me if it was okay first.

she responded quickly when I was talking to her a few months ago, but recently when trying to contact her to see when the plaque would be on it's way and it took her a while to respond. I think she is just busy with weddings and such being that it is peak season. I think she needs a lot of time to get it done during this time it seems.

She was very quick to respond when I placed my order, and she was really quick to send me my proofs. But she did tell me that she's super busy all summer, so I'm sure she'll get back to you!

She is swamped. If you give her a date it needs to be available she will respond yes or no.

I got an email from her yesterday saying that she's had terrible computer and internet problems, and that she's now backed up. Give her a little time if you still haven't heard and then try a follow up.
