Chapstick/Lip Balm??

For some reason my lips are really dry and chapped--does anyone know a good chapstick/lip balm that would help??TIA!!!!!

I like Burt's Bees & Palmer's cocoa butter has a stick that is awesome, I swear by cocoa butter!
