Chat Avatar

Does anyone know how to change it? I tried going in and updating it and it keeps reverting back to the old one.

you have to make sure that when you go to upload the new pic that you are clicking the box underneath that says 'delete old avatar'

i'm guessing that might be your problem

I tried that and it doesn't work. It's definitely not too big either, so don't know what I am doing wrong. I am not techno-challenged either.

Maybe try deleting the old one first and leaving it blank and seeing if that updates. Then you can add your new photo. Sometimes I've noticed a delay.

Yep, I tried that too. It leaves it blank but then when I go to update with new pic, it reverts back to the old one.

Sometimes you have to hit F5 and all the new avatars will refresh.

Yay, that worked. Thanks so much. I was beginning to think I was really that dumb, lol.
