CB is very pretty nice. I looked there. I was not happy with the location, but in the summer you can't see Old Country Road at all with all of the trees. Nice menu too.

Chateau Briand

My wedding is going to be at the CB. I love it. We looked at many places and CB won hands down. We are having an August wedding and it is beautiful with the trees and the waterfall in the summer. We have only heard good things about them. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Chateau Briand - cocktail hour food

The food at CB was very good. I've been to a bunch of weddings there. The only thing I suggest is to make sure to tell them to make the cocktail hour food hot. Whenever I go to a wedding there, the hot food is never hot - always lukewarm or cold. Dinner was always hot though.

Chateau Briand....got married there in February...

it was fantastic. They did a wonderful job - the food was great! All of our guests raved about the place, the service and the food. You definitely can not go wrong.

Who was your Maitre d'? I am really considering this location for our reception and I love the Banquet Mgr Rob. Wish he would be the Maitre d! But if you could let me know and how he/she was, I could hopefully request that person. Thanks!

cw0904....

Our maitre'd was Julio - he was highly recommended to us another bride. He was GREAT! He is really sweet and very accomodating....during our last meeting before our wedding he took notes and made sure everything we wanted was done - and it was!
