lol...I was feeling left out because all of the other places had a thread and I couldn't find one about CB. I am sure that we have questions for each other at least I know that I have some.

Yes, I emailed my BM a couple of days ago and haven't received a response, usually I get a response immediately

Yes, that happened to me. I called them for two weeks and left messages each time and no one got back to me. When I finally got in touch with one of the banquet mangers I complained to them and they reprimanded the girls at the front desk. After that I never had that problem again. When you finally get in touch with someone just let them know of your experience and they will take care of it. If you want to you can also just show up there.

Yeah me too! I gave them a hard time about it too! Now I have no problems with it. They talked to the girl at the counter who was nasty and that was the end of it.

Every time I call them now I have no problems getting in contact with my BM. They have been very nice and helpful thus far. I have nothing to complain about yet..lol

Hi ladies, Im not a CB bride but just wanted to say that your RH is beautiful and it was my second choice!!! Im so jealous of your outside space, lol- its just amazing. Im going to my friends wedding in June at CB so Ill def post on how it is. congrats!!!

I am here!! I made one a while back but it just stopped. I called the other day to make an appointment to make my menu. I live in Brooklyn and they can't make a weekend appointment for me. So now I have to go on memorial day! I was mad about that because I signed a contract on a Sat. but I can't make my menu.

They said a diff. person works with you to make the menu's.

Either way I love it there!

I would be mad too, I hope I don't have any issues when it's time for me to get stuff done. But yes I love it there though.

My biggest concern is that whenever I speak to my BM he tells me one thing and then when i speak to there other BM that works there she tells me another. For example I asked my BM if I can have an indoor outdoor cocktail hr and he told me no but when I went in to visit he was not there so I spoke with the lady and she said that I could.

who is your BM? cause i want to have the cocktail hour indoor/outdoor as well... im getting married end of july and it's going to be hot, i don't want the food outside melting, i'd rather the food be inside and the doors open to go out to the back

My BM is Jeff, he told me I couldnt have one but the lady BM said that I could. My wedding is in July too.
