So my fiance and I are heavily leaning towards doing our wedding next fall at Chateau Briand....does anyone have any opinions or advice about that place?

FH and I had a month long arguement about whether we should go with CB or FH. (Two completely different styles, but both were so beautiful in their own way). I personally love the place.

It's similar to the Rose Hunt restaurant at the Fox Hollow and the same as at their showcase. The next one is January 19, 2011. You should definitely check it out. I love their tortellini and their chicken. I didn't get a chance to eat much else.. people were grabbing the food off the trays like crazy! There were a few things I definitely enjoyed though.

You have FM. I really liked the 'look' but was far from wowed by the food like everyone talks about.
