We went to a wedding there Sunday night and I just wanted to say that during cocktail hour - there was some type of Chinese station with chicken and steak that was incredible!!! Also, the chocolate mousse at dessert was incredible!! My only complaint was that the waiters were totally taking half filled plates of food away that we were not done with!!

Sounds like they were in a rush to go home. What time was the wedding you attended. This is the hall I used and I specifically told them that I do not want my guest to feel rushed. I was at a wedding and hubby and I went to dance and we came back our food was gone You can tell when a guest is done vs. when a plate was never touched, hello???

i had the hibachi station at my cocktail hour only i had chicken steak and shrimp for the vegeterians. i also told my banquet manager that i didnt want my guests to feel rushed and i didnt have any complaints although i didnt get to eat lol everyone else had plenty

Yeah - it was like I was halfway done with my salad and suddenly it's picked up and wisked away!! And it was good!!!

i hate when that happens!!! i actually asked the manager at a restaurant once if i was going to get my meal half price because the bus staff took it away so fast i only ate half!!! he gave it to be for free but i felt guilty thinking the bus boy was going to have to pay
