Hi ladies, Has anyone had tastings with the bakery affiliated with Chateau Briand? What is the name of the bakery? How was the tasting if you've had one. Thanks!!

When I got married, Francesco's was the bakery affiliated with Chateau.
We paid extra for a red velvet cake with chocolate chip cream cheese filling. It was delicious!
What was NOT worth it...paying for a fondant upgrade. I was not happy with the way the fondant looked on my wedding day and did not feel it was worth the extra money. Stick with buttercream.

Francesco's. Their cakes are pretty good, I should be going down there soon to pick my cake, I'll keep you posted.

I went to a tasting with Francescos for my wedding cake, but opted to go elsewhere.

I was at a wedding there and they used Francesco's. It was Red Velvet. I did not really like it although it was not bad, it was dry and the pieces were very very thin.
