The big question: who has eaten at Chateau Briand? They are one of our top two halls and the food at the other is quite good - and frankly that's what the decision has come down to at this point, food. We're curious about quality, portion size, willingness to serve seconds, accommodations to meat-doneness requests, etc.
We have some serious reservations about the food given that our experience as guests at Fox Hollow (owned by the same parent company) was less than spectacular, I dare say the food was inedible. We don't want that to be the case at our wedding.
Everyone on this site has been very helpful and right so far, so if anyone has opinions and advice that they are willing to share they are all greatly welcomed.
Thanks!

Re: Chateau Briand food?
Everyone who I talk to concerning CB food says that their food is delicious. I'm really not worried about that aspect with them because whenever I speak to someone concerning CB, they always first bring up how good the food is. Good Luck!!!

Re: Chateau Briand food?
My fiance is a chef and has had the food there recently and said it was one of the top 4 weddings he's been to in terms of food! We wouldn't have booked if he thought other wise.
