Chateau Briand Help

OK.. So myself, my FH, and my mom went to the Chateau Briand today and we met with Susan She was so so helpful and very very nice ... We are looking at having it in the Normandy Room and having an outside cocktail hour on a Friday in August 2012. I was wondering if any other brides out there have gotten quoted a price and is the price of $82 pp ($106.89 with tax & gratuity) is a good price? Should I keep looking around? We really really fell in love with this place!! Any suggestions??. Anyone get better pricing there. TYIA

We're having our wedding there on 9/16/11. It's also a Friday and they told us $109 with tax and gratuity included I'm using the Gardens for CH and Saturnia room for reception. Ur price is actually a little less than mine

I am having my reception at Chateau Briand on Friday, May 13th (as in Friday the 13th) so our price was lower than yours. Remember that your price pp is going to fluctuate as the wedding season peaks and dips. I think that the price per person you received is the average norm for that month.

When we were searching for a place, we liked The Swan Club as well. The style and decor is different than Chateau, but their price was lower ($75 pp). However, one of the reasons we decided to go with Chateau is that we got more for our money. We felt like Swan Club had the same options as Chateau, but they charged us extra.
