both excellent choices - you really can't go wrong with either in all honesty.
I think they are both equal in overall experience - i think it just depends on what aesthetics you prefer, plus price, time/date, etc. (if different)

I say CB but thats because that was the style I liked. They are both completely different in style. Fox hollow is gorgeous too.just very different-- What look are you going for. FH refused to look there b/c he used to cook there.

I loved CB hence why I picked it but Fox Hollow is the same owners so either way you are going to be taken care of the Scotto Bros are awesome. I just loved the feel of CB and they are constently updating so I love the way they are going.

CB. It can be really noisy at the CH at Fox Hollow sometimes.

Re: Chateau Briand or Fox Hollow
well, my FH and I met in Miami, so we were immediatly impressed with CB's outdoor area. The only problem we have with CB is our choice of time. Either Friday or Sunday 8pm-1am (because we want to have outside at night).
the garden pavillion room at FH looks gorgeous.
I really don't like the carpeting all over RH. Hate it! I am trying to stay clear of the carpeting! WHY MUST RH HAVE THE UGGGGLIES CARPETING!

I agree with everyone. Both places are top notch. It's all about what style you are looking for. CD is more modern looking, FH has a more rustic feel.

I think the manager I spoke to at CB said I get a free suite at FH the night of my wedding. Now it makes sense, same owners.

Yes, he mentioned Blackstone too. Geez, I really need to pay more attention. Are you also using Fox Hollow for night of wedding?

Re: Chateau Briand or Fox Hollow
8-1 on a friday isn't bad..
My ceremony was suppose to be 630 , ch 7-8, reception 8-12
Now we are doing
Ceremony 6-630 CH 630-7 Reception 8-12
Depends what room you have though. How many people do you have. I think the normandy on Friday nights gets the 7-12 spot

He told me we can do 7-12 on Sunday but then we don't get outdoor CH which completely defeats the whole point! We would be getting Saturnia (cant spell). 7-12 sounds so much better than 8-1 on a sunday.

Your decision will just depend on the style you want your wedding to be...I wanted a more romantic feel to mines and something different from a regular reception hall room which is why i booked Fox Hollow (Garden Pavillion) Its perfect for what i envision my wedding to be! So the question is, how do you envision yours...
Both are Scotto Brothers and both are gorgeous! Either way you will be in good hands..GOOD LUCK!!!

the garden pavillion looks gorgeous. I am not sure I can afford FH though. I really need to keep price pp under 100 dollars including all. And I can only guarentee 100 pp.
I am torn btwn what I want, i guess it will come down to what i can afford. i wish it was the FH job.
