Never been to Chateau was at 2 weddings at Fox Hollow and they were great!
I went to a wedding at Chateau Briand, this weekend. Very nice place, I didn't like the food at cocktail hour or the dinner. But I heard people say the Salomon was good, I had Surf and turf.
I've been to both and I would say Fox Hollow.

Im getting married at Russos on the Bay and CB was my second choice! Great food!
CB and FH are just SOOOO different. I dont know. I wish i could just be told 'this is where ur RH is'
i'm partial to CB because that's where we got married... i think either place is a good choice, they are owned by the same ppl so either way its good- the only difference really is the decor, i thought FH was very pretty but not really my style... CB was more our style and everyone LOVED the cocktail hr outside cause it's so different
They are both really nice & they are both soooooo different! Since they are owned by the same people you cant go wrong. Although i am super partial to The Fox ( food service & place were impeccable) i say you have to go with what is more your taste. For me i was marrie don Valentines Day so that was winter & The fox Hollow really reminded me of an English Cottage & perfect for a winter wedding. Plus knowing teh food is always amazing & fantastic i had no problem making my decision. Good luck

I personally loved FH more than CB... the thing is they are so different so I can see why you are having a hard time... a lot of people book CB partially because of their amazing outdoor CH location... you have to decide what's more important to you! For me, FH was more my style... loved the dark, more rustic look (if that's how it can be described) and just the look of the rooms... also I loved the hotel right there.
I am sure your wedding will be amazing no matter which you choose!

Hi! Ive never been to either place for a wedding.
I looked at Fox Hollow for my wedding..I liked that the hotel was right there :) so that could be a plus if you have OOT guests
Chateau, Ive been to for school functions (hs) and I thought it was really pretty and great food :)
