EVERYTHING IS included! They have a ridiculous menu.............i dont know what kind of menu you are looking for but they are very accomodating!
they have tons and tons of food on the menu. were getting like 6-8 stations, 8 passed hourdources, somlier station with matching cheses, open bar, 3 course dinner plus dessert, and a cake. we also needed some kosher food for a few people so we are having them have ready a few kosher meals. price changes for everyday of the week and by month. Im paying $77 pp.
Hi, their menu is ridiculous - they have soooo much food. We are doing a caviar station (b/c I am Ukranian and this would incorporate a russian aspect), seafood boat and vienneese hour and we are paying $129 pp not including tax and gratuity. FM if you have any questions - I have the menu and other info at home. Good Luck.
they can probably do a family style menu but i dont think they would do centerpieces. you should go and meet with them. Jeff is my BM and is so funny and amazing. just call and meet with them.

Do they include centerpieces/flowers in your package? and if i wanted to have like a family style menu (the food woulc be constantly brought out) do they do that?

Has anyoned booked their wedding at Chateu Briand? What is included in their package? what is the price per person? and are they accomodating when it comes to menu (i would need a russian menu).
