Is this something that the RH sets up or are we supposed to call and set this up on our own? Also, how long before the wedding is this supposed to be done?

You can call Francesco's in Hicksville yourself to schedule your tasting - you can do it any time!

We waited till after our menu meeting to set up cake tasting with them. We just did ours at the begining of the month.
