I haven't had my wedding there, but I am seriously considering booking here. It's gorgeous. All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows to overlook the water. They are building an indoor chapel and larger Bridal Suite downstairs. They have one CH room and 2 Reception Rooms. One wedding at a time on Fridays and staggered weddings on Sat & Sun. The menu is outrageous and the prices are so great. The Banquet Managers are so easy to work with. Have your brother ask about the food tastings they have every other week.
