We have to decide on our final menu in two weeks...we have some ideas of what we think we are doing but wanted to know from those who attended a tasting what were your favorite dishes??? Thanks!

I'm picky but the Chateau Briand was good and also the stuffed veal chop. I am not a fan of Chicken Cordon Bleu but they didn't have the chicken franchaise there to taste... I don't eat fish at all :)
