I have been reading all of the wonderful things the brides have to say about CLM and I was about to sign the contracts when a few people I spoke with said the food wasn't great. They all said that they were there years ago so I don't know what to go on. I have never been there as a guest so can someone give me some feedback as a wedding guest in recent months?
I am scheduled to attend a tasting but my fear is that the food won't truly represent what my guests will actually be served.

I have been there for a few weddings recently and I can say that the food was very good. I enjoyed everything I ate. I don't think you have any worries.

The food is excellent my guests have not stop talking about it yet. Everytime I see someone that came to the wedding they have something to say about a certain dish they had how good it was. So got to the tasting and I am sure you will not be dissappionted

First my family went to the food tasting and was amazed! I would say before you sign anything anywhere go to a tasting. Its free and an awesome night out. Then the day of the wedding I heard raves raves raves raves raves. My husband said that was the best! Afterwards all he kept talking about was the shrimp shrimp shrimp LOL They let you take food home after the tasting and also after your wedding! Theyll give you as many dishes as you want as a guest also! I cant even say enough for CLM! They were seriously amazing. If you havent read my review you should check it out :)

Chateau La Mer was the first place that we looked at. The had a tasting and I found the food to be good. Especially the shrimp stuffed with crab meat, yum . We didn't go with CLM only because I was looking for more of a Garden feel. Maybe you could call CLM up and ask them about their next tasting. Also, I think it was free. They only ask that you tip their staff.

It is free and its every Wednesday I think. You can have 6 people total I think. I brought neighbors, my cousin, my mom etc... I wanted a whole lot of food tasters.. They all loved it.

I went to a food tasting because CLM was a top runner for me! The food was absolutely outstanding...go to a food tasting...You will be sold!
