chateau la mer prices

Hello everyone,
Actually I am not engaged, but my cousin who just came to live here in the US with her fiance are and are planning possibly a november or early december wedding. I'll be tagging along everyewhere too because their English isn't that great at the moment.
So before we call to make an appt with Chateau la Mer, can someone please quote me prices per person for a november or december saturday evening wedding. And also, for that ballroom that's on their website, is there a minimum for November.

I'm having my wedding there next summer... based on that i'd say it will definitely be under $100/pp for a nov. wedding. We had to guarantee 175 for the big room. It's a beautiful place!!!!
