im looking into booking chateau la mer/ venetian yacht club for my RH. Im looking into a winter time wedding, figure november through february. Does anyone have any prices per head that you were quoted when you looked into those RH's? Also were they nice places to have the party??

VYC is a lot more $$ than CLM... but it is also completely new/renovated

My friend and my cousin booked Chateau la Mer for their 8/09 wedding. I believe she said they are paying 125 per person for a saturday night wedding.

Maybe they are getting married on a Saturday...mine is a friday 7/09 wedding and it is 95 per person. Depending on how large your wedding is and whether or not you are getting married on the premises VYC might not accomodate you. They wouldnt accomodate us.

We were quoted a really decent price for CLM in January - from what I hear much less than VYC and CLM would have thrown in the chocolate fountain for us
