I know a few girls have cancelled since the new owners took over. There were a lot of changes and the reviews lately have been not so good - which is sad bc it used to be an amazing venue. We've been to two weddings there and considered it for our own

Yea that's what I been hearing. I spoke with the new owner and he said the chef is still the same but now I just found out they have a new chef. I have been reading reviews and they are not so good.

I been hearing mostly bad stuff. I feel like the owner tells one girl one thing and another girl something else. I think if you sign a new contract your fine cause it will be all under the new owner so it will be all under their rules and contract. but who knows if they will make any changes after this year is over

I considered it for my wedding, and when I was told a new owner bought it and 'many changes' would be made this year I decided not to go with it. We saw the new chairs that the bride and groom sit during the reception and they were very tacky with big jewels on them. It may be your style though- I couldn't book knowing I wouldn't know what the room would look like in a year.

I am a Chateau bride, I went there 4 times since the new owners took over, and despite e what im reading here the place has not looked better. they did upgrades to the lighting the food is still amazing, the changed the bridal suite . I think people tend to freak out when a change is made. I had the option to cancel but it looks amazing and I know it will be a great day. the only complaint I do have is the girls who pick up the phone, they are rude they do not pass the messages along, but other than that, go and see what has been done!Welcome New Vendors
